Returns

A purchased item may be returned within thirty (30) days from time of delivery. It must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. In order to process the return, you must e-mail us at info@valeriegarmino.com to notify us of your intention and reason for the return and to receive pre-paid return shipping label. Please do not use your own shipping methods, as these will not be insured and are not guaranteed to be accepted as returns by VALERIE GARMINO.

You are responsible for ensuring that you follow the above instructions and that the returned package is received within fifteen (15) days from the date the pre-paid shipping label was sent to you. We will not accept returned packages that are received after fifteen (15) days from the date the pre-paid label has been sent.

Once your returned merchandise has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure the above return conditions have been met.  We will notify you via e-mail of the status of your return, whether it has been accepted or rejected. For accepted returns, VALERIE GARMINO will refund your purchase within 3 business days of receiving and accepting your return. Please note that the refund timeline depends on the payment method used for the purchase and may depend on the credit card company’s policies. If VALERIE GARMINO perceives a returned item to be damaged or worn, or if it is missing the original tags, VALERIE GARMINO reserves the right to not refund you for this purchase. In such instance, VALERIE GARMINO will advise you via e-mail.

If your purchase arrives and you believe the Product is faulty, please email info@valeriegarmino.com as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) calendar days after receiving your order. It is the sole judgment and discretion of the VALERIE GARMINO whether a Product is faulty or has sustained damage as the result of normal wear or other normal circumstances. If the product is deemed faulty, we will work with our team to repair it or exchange it for a similar product

Please note that limited edition, pre-ordered, special ordered and altered items may not be returned and are considered final sale.
